A Wollongong restaurant that served up a deadly plate of hummus has been fined over $100,000 after the New South Wales supreme court found its food safety management lacking.
Nathan Anderson visited Samaras Lebanese and Mediterranean Restaurant after a day of golf with friends in October 2017 and joked about his allergies.
