OFM Awards 2015: judges

The well-known chefs and experts judging your favourite food heroes

Andrew was awarded the first Roux Scholarship, which gave him the opportunity to train with Michel Guérard at Les Prés d’Eugénie in Gascony. He remained in top Paris kitchens until his return to Perthshire in 2001 to open his eponymous restaurant at the Gleneagles Hotel and Resort. In 2006 Restaurant Andrew Fairlie was awarded two Michelin stars and was voted one of the world’s top ten ‘Greatest Hotel Restaurants’ by US Hotel magazine. In the same year he was voted AA Chefs’ Chef of the Year. In 2011 Andrew was given the title of Grand Chef du Monde by Relais & Chateaux. He joins a list of only 160 of the best chefs in the world to hold this honour.
